Instead of hiring an internal department to handle their sales and marketing, the Fortune 500 clientele outsources the responsibility to Accsell Inc. Through face to face business negotiations, Accsell account executives are able to bridge the gap between the large corporate service providers and the clients that use their services.
What’s the work environment like?
Our work environment is unlike the conventional corporate America. We never read a book that said you cant have fun at work; so we do just that. Our fun and energetic atmosphere creates an environment that account executives look forward to each day.
Is there room for advancement?
Everyone starts out entry level and there is no seniority. The system we follow is meant to guide one step by step into more of an executive director roll. Our organization alone is looking to expand to 20 more directors in the next five years; will you be one of them?
Where do you see the company going?
In the near future we plan on opening up 2 more markets in the next twelve months and expanding onward to 20 more in the next five years.
What is the key to success in this business?
Work ethic and student mentality. You must be willing to work harder than everyone else. You also must have the ego to learn from those who are better than you.

In today’s fast paced work environment, a company’s ability to brand their products and services is crucial to their existence. Direct marketing is a way for us to be the face behind the brand and put a smile and a handshake behind the big corporate name.

The company is outsourced by several different Fortune 500 companies in industries ranging from telecommunications, energy, merchant processing, business supplies and more. How has Accsell Inc. expected to maintain growth in this economy?
This is an aspect we are most proud of. There are three main factors attributing to our steady growth. First, we have the unique privilege of working with clients that provide ongoing needs for their business customers. We do not sign with clients who sell luxuries or trend specific services. The services our clients provide are necessities for even the most struggling businesses. In fact, our services are needed even more during times like this where businesses need help growing. Second, we will only work with clients that are capable of maintaining the amount of clients we are capable of getting them. With the combination of the fact that businesses will not stop purchasing the service and the clients will not cease to desire more business accounts, we are left with an ever thriving industry even in times of struggle. The third and final reason is we focus a lot of energy into the development of our people.
